An annual income of $27,000 - $49,000 with good credit and low debt ratio required.
More detail on subsidy qualification will be provided on request.
Housing subsidy is devided into two income levels, Low and unrestricted.
Not all levels of income elegibility/housing units may be available at the time you apply.
